SP_REVALUATION_PROFILE_ANALYSE - NOTRANSL: FB zur Analyse von VKP-Umbewertungsprofilen

Functionality

This FM checks (for a material and a plant) the methods valid for revaluation at retail. The result is the revaluation profile indicator
valid for the material group to which the material belongs. The following indicators determine the revaluation profile: AKTBW (promotion revaluation), LOKAB (local markdowns), SPANN (revaluation not affecting margins), STOCKC (stock-counting).
These indicators are X fields, i.e. if they contain an X, the characteristic of the profile applies. Example: if AKTBW = 'X', the material entered in the plant entered is valuated at the promotion price when a promotion is active and thus revaluated at the start and finish of the promotion.
The FM also checks if the material is subject to split valuation in the
plant. If it is, the VBWAA and VBWAF fields are filled in the
output structure.
Sales price determination for revaluation: the AKTBW and VBWAA fields are important. The following situations can occur:

1) BWTAR is filled in the import structure: AKTBW not analyzed
a) PI_I_VKUPR-bwtar = PE_I_VKUPR-VBWAA

The valuation type passed on is the same as the valuation type for the promotion
---> Promotion price used, promotion number filled
b) PI_I_VKUPR-bwtar <> PE_I_VKUPR-VBWAA
The valuation type passed on is not same as the valuation type for the promotion
---> Normal price used, promotion number not filled
2) BWTAR is not filled in import structure
a) PE_I_VKUPR-VBWAA is filled: split valuation
---> no revaluation required (error message)
b) PE_I_VKUPR-VBWAA empty: no split valuation
---> AKTBW analyzed
POS outbound: BEWVK, VBWAA and VBWAF fields are important. The BEWVK field has fixed values indicating the valuation sales price for goods issue. If the fields VBWAA and VBWAF are filled, promotions ae split-valuated. VBWAA is the valuation type for promotions and must be used if a promotion is active. VBWAF is the valuation type for standard stock and must be used when there is no promotion.
