STRN_CHECK_ACTUAL_LANG_STAT - Check current language status

Functionality
This module checks during a logon whether the language selected for the logon was installed correctly. If the import of this language for the current release has not been completed, a dialog box is dispatched indicating that the language import still has to be performed.
