TAXGRP_CHECK - Excise Duty group has been entered ?

Functionality

This function module determines if an excise duty tax group has been entered.

If so, it determines if stock has already been posted, which will make the entry disallowed.

The function module also determines if other plants do maintain an excise duty tax group and whether the current transaction does not maintain the field. If so, the system sends a message informing the user that other plants maintain the field.
