Functionality

This function module includes the analysis characteristics for the Market Risk Analyzer that have been selected as limit-relevant in the characteristic structures for limit management.

The selected characteristics are generated in the SAP Include SI_FTLMVTBLM0G which is included in the characteristic structure VTBLM0.

Roughly speaking the function module works as follows:

1. Generates characteristic structure for MRA characteristics in limit management (incl. foreign keys).

2. Regenerates the InfoSet for the logical database for LM.

3. Generates drilldown reporting information for the MRA characteristics for LM.

4. Calls the DB utility for converting the DB tables that are dependent on characteristics and the job start for the mass activation program.

Additional functions:

You have to generate dependent tables only if analysis tables have been changed or deleted.

You call the mass activation program by setting the parameter I_INCL_SE14.

The SAP Include SI_FTLMVTBLM0G can be deleted as long as no analysis characteristics have been selected in any of the clients, in other words if table ATLCHAR_MRM is empty. You delete this Include by setting the parameter I_DEL_OPTION.

If parameter I_APPEND is set this means that no characteristics are deleted in the SAP Include although they are deleted in the selection of limit-relevant analysis characteristics. This prevents the system from calling the mass activation program (despite the fact that parameter I_INCL_SE14 is set).

Integration

The module is integrated in:

• View V_ATLCHAR_MRA (selection of limit-relevant analysis characteristics)

• Report RFTBLT04
