TB_RESUBUSER_CHANGE - Change Person Responsible

Functionality

This function module is used to change the review recipient in a list of limits to be specified.

Before the system accesses the database in write mode, all limit types in the specified list of limits are locked.

If one of these cannot be locked, the system terminates processing without making any changes.

List of limits in which the new review recipient is to be entered.
