TEST_WFD_RES_ADD_TIMESPEC - Adds Time Specification to a WFD Resource

Functionality

The function module will add a new time specification to the resource with the given key. The-IS_TIMESPEC_DATA structure (WFD_TIMESPEC_INPUT_DATA type) contains three sub-tables. Depending on the internal resource type (which is set at resource creation), only certain time specification are allowed, and only the corresponding sub-tables will be considered.
