Use

This function module provides Customizing settings from the time sheet for a personnel number.

Features

The function module provides the following Customizing settings from the data entry profile that is valid for the employee:

• Release Future Times

• Release Records on Saving

• Reaction if More than 24 Hours Are Entered for a Day

• Reaction if Upward Tolerance Is Not Observed

• Max. Percentage by Which Value May Exceed Target Hours

• Reaction if Downward Tolerance Is Not Observed

• Max. Percentage by Which Value May Fall Below Target Hours

• Reaction if CATS Records Collide

To determine the data entry profile that is valid for the employee, the system first checks whether a profile has been entered in the user parameter CVR. If there is no profile in the user parameter, the system uses the ESS profile. If there is no ESS profile, the system issues an error message.
