Use

This function module carries out the same checks for all data records transferred for a personnel number that the TS_ITEMS_MAINTAIN function module (Maintain Cats Data) carries out.

The function module enables you to provide a function for checking data in your application. The user can then check the newly processed working times individually. This simplifies the processing of any errors that may occur.

Features

  • The system checks all working times that the user has created or edited since the last save. It checks all of the working times together.
  • The function module returns:
  • A table of messages

  • A table of checked data records

The table of checked data records is required since the messages can relate to enriched field content that might not yet exist in the input table.
  • The check includes times that the user has assigned a default account assignment.
  • The function module uses BAPI structures as interfaces. For more information about the BAPIs, see the documentation in the BAPI transaction.
