Use

This function module reads the recorded working times of an employee from the back-end system. You can use the function module to read working times already recorded to an application for entering working times.

Features

  • You use this function module to import data from the back-end system to your application.
  • You have to assign the following filter criteria from the application for data selection purposes:
  • Personnel number

  • Period for output

  • The function module delivers all of an employee's working times that have one of the following statuses:
  • 10,,In process

  • 20,,Released for approval

  • 30,,Approved

  • 40,,Approval rejected

  • The function module also returns a message table. It contains the error messages issued when the data was read.
  • The function module uses BAPI structures as interfaces. For more information about the BAPIs, see the documentation in the BAPI transaction.
