Use

This function module provides the Business Process and the related values for setting up a value help.

Prerequisites

To be able to use this function, the values must exist in the time sheet worklist. The following prerequisites must therefore be fulfilled:

  • You must indicate in Customizing that you want to use a worklist, and the method by which you want to fill the worklist. The In Process since method is particularly suitable for this purpose.
  • The values for the corresponding search help field must exist in the employee's worklist.

The system also takes account of the values in the worklist that you read by means of a customer enhancement.

Features

  • The function module determines the valid values on the basis of the personnel number.
  • The return table contains an additional column for information. You can fill it using the CATS_ESA_PICKLS (Populate ESA Picklists) Business Add-In.
