Functionality

This function module has the same functionality as DDIF_TABL_ACTIVATE. It shall be used instead of DDIF_TABL_ACTIVATE in after-import-methods which create or change database tables in the data dictionary (DDIC). This includes changes to structures which may be included in database tables.
When called within an after-import-method during a ZDM upgrade procedure, the tables will be inactively activated, i.e. only inactive runtime objects will be written. In a later move-nametabs step of the ZDM upgrade, the runtime objects will be activated and the database objects will be created or changed.
