UPG_DD_MASS_ACT - DD: Mass activation

Functionality

This function module has the same functionality as DD_MASS_ACT. It shall be used instead of DD_MASS_ACT in after-import-methods which create or change database objects in the data dictionary (DDIC).
When called within an after-import-method during a ZDM upgrade procedure, the DDIC-objects will be inactively activated, i.e. only inactive runtime objects will be written. In a later move-nametabs step of the ZDM upgrade, the runtime objects will be activated and the database objects will be created or changed.
