UPG_GET_SYSTEM_STATUS - Read Upgrade and Change Status for System

Functionality

This function module gets information on all active upgrades in the component(s) specified in IV_COMPONENT, as well as the development status (see below) of the system derived from this.
(The module also checks for add-on upgrades and installations. Any information is returned in tt_upginfo under **ADD-ON**.)

The possible development statuses are defined in the fixed values of the domain UPGDEVSTAT:

A Normal development, not influenced by upgrade
M Only modification adjustment allowed
X No development allowed, since object transfer in progress

Currently, only A and M are returned.
