UWL_DETECT_BWF_DELTA_JOB - Check whether the required BWF delta job is scheduled

Functionality

To detect the existence of the 2 background jobs which is required to be scheduled to support the delta data retrieval by the Business Workflow (extended notification logic).

Export parameter JOBS_EXIST will be flagged only if at least BOTH jobs are scheduled. Parameter NUM_TOTAL_JOBS is only for internal tracking purpose. It indicates the total number of scheduled jobs that has the relevant business workflow report defined as a step. It can be more than 2, depends on the actual job definitions in the system.
