Functionality

See value_curve_distribute.

This function module operates in a similar way, with the exception that it takes into account the fact that a different quota scale can be selected and a different distribution can be made manually in purchase orders.

The function module expects the following entries:

  • Same as for the function module value_curve_distribute.
  • Difference: There is no prompt about whether the choice should be valid for all further plants. Therefore there is no import parameter to suppress the prompt.

Function-module return-values:

  • Same as for the function module value_curve_distribute.

The function module proceeds as follows in distributing the quantity:

  • First the user selects the required quota scale for each variant-creating characteristic or indicates that he/she wants to enter the quotas manually.
  • If the quotas are entered manually, a dialog box appears with all the value scale items. The required quota can be entered for each item.
  • The quantity is distributed in line with the quota scale selected or the quotas entered manually.
