VVOZINS_CHECK_INTTO - Check the End Date for Interest Calculation

Functionality

The 'Interest calculation to' field for the insurance object or contract account is checked. The date for the past cannot be changed so that it falls in a period in which balance interest calculation has already been executed on insurance object level.
