WFA_AGT_GETLIST - Agent Getlist

Functionality

Function module returns a list of partners and their corresponding teams for a specified organization, start and end date.

The function module first retrieves a list of partners from the WFA_AGT_WRKAR table for the organization in question. This list of partners is then used to lookup what teams the partner belongs to. This is done via organization management by starting from the partner level and then iterating up though the tree to find all teams.

Notes

A team is nothing more than an organization in organization management that has been configured in the application, WFACAS_TEAM table, as a team.
