WFA_WRKAREA_QUALS_GET - Work Area/Qualifications Get by Bupa

Functionality

Retrieves work area and qualification data from the database based on the import parameters being passed in. The parameters are organization object ID, partner, start date, end date and the permanent data only flag. This is the application integration point for retrieving work areas and qualification from the Workforce Management - Interaction Center application.

Qualifications are retrieved from the CRM system by utilizing a CRM supplied BAPI. These qualifications are stored in the organization management system.

The permanent flag is meant to retrieve permanent data only. If the RFC is being utilized from a temp data area then the RFC will return whatever data is valid for that period of time. If the RFC is being utilized and is meant to return permanent data only then the RFC will query for permanent data only. This is done by continuously querying for the following record if the record in question is a temporary record. Once either a permanent record or no record is found the results are returned.
