WFD_DEMAND_DELETE - Delete existing demands

Functionality

The function modul deletes a list of given demands.

In case of existing dmenads these demands can't be deleted, unless the parameter I_DELETE_ASSIGNMENTS is set to TRUE. Then the assignments will be also deleted.
