WFD_GET_TIMESPEC_TYPES - return all possible timespecification types for a given resource type

Functionality

This function returns all defined Time Allocation Types. Each type that returns from this function also has the following attributes:

- "Available" or "Not available"

- A default priority

- An exception indicator for the time allocation defining that a time allocation of this specific type does not contribute to the basic availability (normal working times)
