Functionality

Delete an existing representation of a business partner/team/external contractor in WFD Server.

If I_CLEAR_DEPENDENCIES is set to 'X', it means dependent objects like assignments should be deleted too.

After calling this RFC, you must call WFD_TRANSACTION_COMMIT to commit the data.
