WFD_RES_FILTER_VALIDITY - Filter WFD Resources that are valid in the search period

Functionality
Filter a list of resources (IT_RESOURCE), returning the resources whose validity intersect the search period from I_VALID_FROM to I_VALID_TO. Return the valid resources in ET_VALID_RESOURCE.
