WFD_RES_REMOVE_TIMESPEC_IR - delete time allocations of a resource in a time range

Functionality

Removes one or more time allocations from the time description of a WFD resource, based on the criteria of a time range and time allocation types (not based on specific time allocation keys).

Notes

After calling this function use WFD_TRANSACTION_COMMIT to commit the data.
