Functionality

Create supplied start locations for a resource

This function creates supplied locations for a resource. Pass the resrouce key and a list of supplied locations. No location can have overlapping validity dates. The validity dates determine the effective start location of a resource. The location is most importantly a set of coordinates: Longitude and Latitude. Precision Id determines how accurate the geo-coordinates.

Notes

After calling this function use WFD_TRANSACTION_COMMIT to commit the data.
