WFD_RES_SET_SERV_AREAS - Set up Resource Service Area Responsibility

Functionality

Set up resource service area responsibility for a single resource. Specify the resource key and a list of service area(s). You must also specify primary or secondary responsibility with each service area. The IV_COMMIT flag is optional, and can be used to call WFD_TRANSACTION_COMMIT automatically by setting IV_COMMIT to 'X'. Warning: If you are in the middle of mulitple core functions that change core data, do not use IV_COMMIT as it may commit all data prematurely.
