WFMTM_TEMP_SCHEDRULE_GET - Get Temporary Schedule Rule, Avail

Functionality

This function is used to get employee's schedule rule change request from the temporary schedule rule tables. The interface of this function is exactly the same as the RFC WFM_SCHED_RULES_GET, which is used to get the schedule rule from the application tables.

This function will return temporary schedule rules when employee's schedule rule change requests exist in temporary tables. Otherwise, this function will return employee's schedule rule from the application tables (return message number is 023), which works the same as RFC WFM_SCHED_RULES_GET, except when there're more than 1 rotation. If there're more than 1 rotation, this function will return all the rotation data, including availability, preference, set shift and work rules. While WFM_SCHED_RULES_GET will only return current rotation data.

Employee's schedule rule change request can have different status depending on manager's review, e.g. Pending, Approved, Rejected, etc. You can get the status from the return message. (e.g. Return message number 024 is 'Pending', 025 is 'Approved', 027 is 'Rejected')
