WFM_AGT_PROFILE_MODIFY - Agt Profile Update

Functionality

Modifies the profile information for a business partner. This remote function module is the main integration point into the application for agent profile. The function module either creates an agent profile or modifies it.

The profile information resides in the WFMCAS_AGT_ORG and WFMCAS_AGT_HIST tables. These tables are versioned so multiple versions of the data could exist over time for an individual agent/organization combination.
