WFM_CRM_AGT_PROFILE_GET - Get agent details

Functionality

Retrieves the profile information for a business partner. The search is based upon the import parameters organization object ID, partner number, start and end date. This remote function module is the main integration point into the application for agent profile.

The profile information resides in the WFMCAS_AGT_ORG and WFMCAS_AGT_HIST tables. These tables are versioned so multiple versions of the data could exist over time for an individual agent/organization combination.
