WFM_CTI_DATA_LOAD - CTI data load interface RFC

Functionality

This function module serves as the data import interface for CTI data. This function module will produce indicator values on a granularity defined by the volume indicator. A volume indicator will always be produced for the combination of each CTI queue name, communication type, communication direction and organization. Optionally, an AHT indicator and Abandoned indicator value could also possibly be created based upon the configuration of the mapping data.

This data will then be stored in the WFM forecasting database tables for use in forecasting.

The mapping table that this function module uses to map the CTI data to forecasting data is WFMFC_CTI_MAP which is located within the CRM_WFM_FORECASTING package.
