WFM_DAILY_SCHEDULE_MODIFY2 - Daily Schedule Modify Function Module

Functionality

The function module saves one weeks worth or scheduling and availability data for an organization. The function module utilizes the schedule object model which resides within the CRM_WFM_SCHEDULE embedded package of the CRM_WFM_CAS package. The scheduling data is saved via this object model. The availability data is saved via function module WFM_SCHEDULE_RULES_MODIFY.

When the scheduling data is saved by the scheduling object model the following data is also calculated:

1. Payroll
2. Schedule Statistics

The scheduling data is stored within the following tables:

1. WFMCAS_SCHEDULE
2. WFMCAS_SHIFT
3. WFMCAS_SHIFT_SEG

Or the following view can be used:

1. WFMCASV_SCHEDULE
