Functionality
This function module is designed to return a list of all sub-organizations of the organization provided as a parameter.
This is accomplished by querying organization management for sub-organizations. The sub-organizations that are retrieved can also be teams, if they are defined as teams within the WFMCAS_TEAMS table then we do not return them in this function module.
