WFM_SCHED_EXCP_CALC - Calculate Schedule Exceptions for one or all partners

Functionality

Test Schedule Exceptions and return results in a structure.

If no IV_PARTNER is specified, this will process all agents and ES_SCHED_EXCP will not be filled.

If an IV_PARTNER is specified, only violations for that partner will be calculated, and ES_SCHED_EXCP will be filled if successful. Specifying an IV_PARTNER is used for trouble-shooting exceptions for a given partner.
