Functionality

The function module is used to save the comments and posted flag for an organization on a weekly basis. The function module utilizes the schedule object model which resides within the CRM_WFM_SCHEDULE embedded package of the CRM_WFM_CAS package.

The scheduling data is stored within the following tables:

1. WFMCAS_SCHEDULE
2. WFMCAS_SHIFT
3. WFMCAS_SHIFT_SEG

Or the following view can be used:

1. WFMCASV_SCHEDULE
