Functionality
This function module calculates condition values (weight, volume and unit scale conditions mainly) for all purchase orders with the same collective purchase order number.
Example
When you save, two purchase orders are given the same collective order number in the collective purchase order function, because they form the one purchase order for a particular vendor. The total weight of both purchase orders is 40 tons. Each of the two orders only weighs between 3 and 7 tons. The condition determination function determines the scale condition based on the total weight of the order items in each purchase order.
Notes
In Customizing for purchase conditions formulas have to be defined and the individual purchase orders not released before the collective PO number is issued.
