Functionality

The receiver function module WLF_RECEIVE_OUTBND_EVENT is used within the agency business application to execute the B2B outbound process for a concrete outbound event and an agency business document. If the outbound event is relevant for outbound processing, the agency business document data are read from data base, the data are mapped to the InvoiceRequest SOA message and the message is sent out via SOA interface InvoiceRequest_Out_V1. The receiver module must be registered in the event type linkages transaction (SWETYPV) within in the event manager component of the SAP Business Workflow (Tools->Business Workflow->Development-> Administration->Event Manager->Type linkages). Within this transaction, one registration has to be provided per event and agency business object type, which includes the information regarding the event receiver function module name and the check function module name.

For the agency business solution, the following object types are supported for B2B outbound processing:

BUS2144001 - Customer Payroll,,

BUS2144002 - Expense Settlement

BUS2126001 - Single Vendor Billing Document.

Those criteria cannot be changed in a customer system without modification.

This function module replaces the function module WLF_RECEIVE_OUTBOUND_EVENT, which is only available, if the system contains EA-Retail software component. If the function module WLF_RECEIVE_OUTBOUND_EVENT is already in use for outbound processing, a replacement of the existing receiver function module is not necessary.

If the software component EA-Retail is not installed, only a selection of possible outbound processes is available like for the compensation process.
