Functionality

In line with the range tables and the selection options entered, sales orders and purchase orders are determined for generation of a collective purchase order.

Before the document items are passed on, the system checks if they are suitable for a collective purchase order.

If you want the system to check if stock has already been procured or if stock already exists, this can lead to the document being rejected.
