Functionality

This function module calls the report RHDESC00 for internal (PD) objects, which enables you to display or edit existing objects.

In the case of external (non-PD) objects, the relevant maintenance transactions are called. The parameters ISTAT, BEGDA und ENDDA are ignored in this case.

Example

CALL FUNCTION 'RHV6_EDIT_ANY_OBJECT'

EXPORTING

PLVAR = '01' OTYPE = 'US' REALO = 'MUELLER' DISPLAY_ONLY = 'X'.

This call results in the display of the user "MUELLER".

Notes

The module does not check whether the object specified actually exists.
