Use

With this parameter, transaction partners can be added, changed or deleted. The partner is identified within the activity by means of a logical key. By filling the key, the required action will be executed.

  1. Adding partners
The fields PARTNER_FCT, PARTNER_NO, NO_TYPE and DISPLAY_TYPE are filled.
  1. Changing partners
The fields REF_PARTNER_FCT, REF_PARTNER_NO, REF_NO_TYPE and REF_DISPLAY_TYPE are filled with the original values, while the fields PARTNER_FCT, PARTNER_NO, NO_TYPE and DISPLAY_TYPE are filled with the changed values. In this way, it is possible to change the partner number and the partner function, too.
  1. Deleting partners
The fields REF_PARTNER_FCT, REF_PARTNER_NO, REF_NO_TYPE and REF_DISPLAY_TYPE obtain the values of the partner for deletion, whereas the fields PARTNER_FCT, PARTNER_NO, NO_TYPE and DISPLAY_TYPE, or at least the field PARTNER_FCT remain empty.

The identification of the business partner is entered in the field PARTNER_NO. At the same time, the field NO_TYPE controls which identification (GUID, business partner number, ....) has been entered. In the field DISPLAY_TYPE you specify the form in which the business partner identification is to be displayed.

The field BUSINESSPARTNERGUID is only used for display purposes here.

The field REF_PARTNER_HANDLE should always be filled with a temporary handle.

You can enter a different address in the address fields. If an address already exists and you do not want to use the fixed standard address, fill the fields ADDR_NR, ADDR_NP, ADDR_TYPE and ADDR_ORIGIN. If a different document address is to be created, fill the remaining address fields. Note that you cannot fill all the address fields. Instead, depending on the address type {1, 2, 3}, only the relevant fields are filled. You may use the structures BAPIADDR1, BAPIADDR2 and BAPIADDR3 to assist you in this process.
