Use

Setting of the user and system status of an activity. With this parameter, you can influence the user and system status of an activity. To do this, the following alternatives are available:

  1. Direct setting of the user status
Fill the field STATUS with the key of the user status, and the field USER_STAT_PROC with the status profile. The dependent system status are determined automatically.
  1. Setting of the status by means of a process
Fill the field PROCESS and, via the field ACTIVATE, control whether the status should be set or undone. The user and system status are determined automatically. Never set the system status directly via this parameter!

Never set the system status directly in this structure.
