| If the Boolean parameter abap/set_text_env_at_new_mode is on |
| (value 1), the text environment is set to the language of the user |
| when the new session is opened. |

| If the Boolean parameter abap/set_text_env_at_new_mode is off |
| (value 0), the text environment is set to the system language when |
| the new session opens. |
| |
| Idenpendent of the analysis from abap/set_text_env_at_new_mode the |
| text environment can be set explicitly |
| using the SET LOCALE statement. |

| The text environment is set using the SAP text environment |
| table TCP0C. |
