|For DB2 for AIX the retention of statistics before deletion from |
|tables is controlled by parameter dbs/db6/statistics_store. |

|The default value for the parameter is 'tci'. |
| 't' stands for tables, 'c' for columns and 'i' for indexes |
| If the parameter is set to tci, during deletion of the |
| tables and indexes, the statistics are updated for the objects. |
| |
