When this parameter is set to 1, a logon through an external server
using an external ID is allowed,
for example using a X.509
certificate.
The default setting does not allow this.

This parameter deals with logons through RFC.

(Additional prerequisites for accepting external
identification are the use of SNC secure communication with the
server and the release of the server for this logon variant.
