| stat/runtime_clock defines which clock is used for the runtime |
| measurements (ABAP command get run time or transaction ATRA). |
| There are two clocks available in the system: one based on |
| gettimeofday and a platform-specific clock based on hardware |
| register. The second clock is more efficient, however it does not |
| function correctly in all environments. |
