FTPing too large file from sapserv
Hi Saplings,We are attempting to ftp a large transport data file down from
sapserv4. When about 3/4 of the way through the transmission, we
receive the error message 'Record length 96578 of file too large. The
file being received from the remote system contained a record with more
than 32 766 bytes. The maximum record size for files in the AS/400
database is 32 766 bytes'.
We tried changing ftp attributes with chgftpa namefmt=*path, current
directory=home directory, in an attempt to ftp directly to a stream
file, but to no avail.
What we are trying to bring down from sapserv is
/specific/bsi/bsi60/data/tub062/R030153.L3I as part of out BSI Tax
Factory install.
Somebody must have figured out a way to get this down!
