Geoff, we also had the same problem but found that by setting 'Send eachcopy as own print request'
everything printed twice. Have you found a better solution?

We have a situation where we can only print one copy even though
multiples are asked for. To overcome this problem I have ticked
within SPAD the parameter 'Send each copy as own print request' .
This has solved the problem. Is this the solution or just a workround
