Those are the only settings I am aware of.
Are the changes to a specific table or more general than that? If it is a
certain table, you might check the delivery class in SE11 - this will
determine where changes are allowed, and if transports are required to get
the data to production.

Hi all
In our productive system the parameters in SCC4 is set to:
Client in-dependent objects changes
No changes to Repository and client-independent custom. obj.
Changes and transports for client-dependent objects:
No changes allowed
and in SE06 "Set system changes option" is set to:
Objects can not be changed
My problem is that it doesn't work, changes can be done anyway. Do anyone
know if there is a third parameter to be set.
