Hi Linda,

this is an old problem. As V4R3 is no longer supported I hope that the
disableling of the parameter marking helps in this case on your system as
well. You should apply PTF SF49308 and delete the SQL-Packages.

On the other hand you should think about an OS upgrade to V4R5 because this
will be maintained a lot longer.
