Upgrade from V4R3 to V4R5 successful; iPTF

I would like to be able to just FTP ptf's from IBM like we can ftp new kernel
patches from SAP. I
don't know why IBM insists on using this stupid iPTF method.

The opposite of PTF is FTP after all!
