whats wrong with my sm59

I need to transfer file from sap application server (rs6000/aix/r3/4.6C) to
non-sap FTP server (AS400).
So I try to use function FTP_CONNECT, and FTP_COPY.
FTP_CONNECT need rfc destination.
So I create one rfc destination using SM59.
I put "AS400C" as rfc destination name.
I put "T" on connection type.
in explicit host I put "AS400C" in target host.
and when I enter, the IP address automaticcaly checked and filled.
but when I try to test connection it said "No Side Info Entry for AS400C".
what wrong in my SM59.
Do I miss something ?.
