BRMS maintenance
Hello,
When I try to download/order this PTF via iPTF download site from IBM, I
got an error message as:
Machine does not have a maintenance contract.
This machine (Magstar 3570) is one year old and we have still 2 years more
before the end of warranty. I don't understand politics of IBM about this
kind of software support needs. They say, we have to buy an other support
package for software support. We are disagree with this. Because it is
their software which caused problem. Why we have to pay an other 8000 NLG
to get this fix?
Does anyone has any idea?
